​Important Information:

• All participants must arrive promptly on scheduled departure times or risk missing transportation.

• There will be a 50% refund if you cancel within 7-days of the departure date.

• Each passenger will be allowed to bring one 50lb stored bag and one 25lb carry-on.  There will be a $20.00 fee for each additional bag.

• We are currently unable to accommodate disabled passengers.

• Upon your arrival at the departure location and prior to boarding, you must show the proof of purchase receipt via your cell-phone or present the ticket on printed paper.

• For the Non-Bus Vehicles Only - We will make at least 1 to 2 bathroom stops along the way contingent upon the need.  Please give the driver as much advance notice as possible if there is a need for an additional bathroom stop.

• We are "not able to accommodate disabled passengers" at this time.  Our plans are to have handicap accessible vehicles in the future.

• We are "not responsible for personal vehicles" left in the parking lot at the departure location.  You leave your vehicle at your own risk.

• It is important to note that contingent upon the highway traffic,  itinerary schedules may be thrown off some.

• For 2 and 3-day tour vacations, please pack as light as possible.  

• For Tours, there will be bottled water and umbrellas located on the motorcoach.​
